Our client was violently rear-ended while stopped for traffic while traveling northbound on Interstate 5, pushing his car into a guard rail.
An MRI revealed that our client had sustained a severe injury to his neck and back as a result of the crash. After conservative treatment such as chiropractic and physical therapy, our client continued to have lower back pain in particular. He underwent a number of lumbar epidural steroid injections for pain relief which was followed up with a decompression and fusion surgery of his L5-S1.
Based on neurological symptoms he was exhibiting, our client was also diagnosed with a mild traumatic brain injury (MTBI).
After negotiating with the insurance company for over two years, we were able to obtain a $1.5 million settlement.

Our clients were violently rear-ended by a commercial truck which then pushed our clients' vehicle into a third vehicle directly in front of them. Immediately following the collision, our clients were transported to the emergency room via ambulance.
Due to the severity of their injuries, our clients sustained various types of medical treatment over the course of a year, including chiropractic and massage therapy, physical therapy, diagnostic and therapeutic cervical and epidural injections, neurological radiofrequency and lumbar decompression surgery.

Our client was was violently T-boned while traveling through an intersection by a driver who had run a red light.
As a result of the crash, client sustained soft-tissue injuries to his neck and back, a lateral meniscus tear to his right knee, and suffered from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), as well as depression and anxiety.
Unfortunately, the at-fault driver had no auto insurance, so an Uninsured Motorist (UM) claim was pursued through our client's own auto insurance carrier. After the insurance company was unwilling to give a reasonable offer of settlement, our firm litigated the case via an UM Arbitration and obtained a gross arbitration award of $285,000.

Our client was a pedestrian that was struck by a driver making a left-turn and failed to notice pedestrians in the crosswalk. Our client struck his head on the car and was knocked on the pavement, again hitting his face.
As a result of the collision, our client sustained facial lacerations, a broken nose, multiple broken front teeth, a broken wrist, lacerations and abrasions to his left and right knee and bruising of the posterior right elbow/forearm.
After obtaining the at-fault driver's bodily injury policy limits of $25,000, an Underinsured Motorist (UIM) was pursued through our client's insurance where our firm was able to obtain a $400,000 settlement, totaling the gross settlement for our client to $425,000.

Our client was involved in a head-on collision when the at-fault party failed to yield to oncoming traffic causing a third vehicle to swerve out of the way and crash into our client head-on.
As a result of the collision, our client sustained a mild traumatic brain injury (MTBI), right shoulder rotator cuff syndrome, a sprained ankle, a left knee injury, a sprained hand, chest wall contusion and soft-tissue injuries to her neck, back and right arm.
